| attacks on our business taking place, you can't do
it alone. We feel the same way.
If we're going to make our statement of purpose
a reality and if our gun show business is to assume professional standards and gain the
public's acceptance of our consumer-oriented business, we have to tell our story publicly,
promote legislation that will ensure the continuation of firearms shows, and resist unfair
or unreasonable application of regulations against gun show people as opposed to gun store
people.
Those of us who began the process of
forming the association by hiring Washington, D. C. based legislative council and
discussing our future with interested persons, are committed to this project.
How about you? Do you agree that we should
do those things just listed and remain in business? Do you think that the law
of the land should be followed every place where firearms business is transacted? |
